• #Plans How are the tickets used!

  [ How to Use Lesson Plans]

  1. Tickets Used

  • All lessons are 20 minutes per lesson.

  • If your lesson ends before 20 minutes, you can use the remaining minutes until midnight of the day.

  • For appointment lessons, 1 lesson ticket will be used to book an appointment. If the tutor no-shows for class, it will be restored into your account. However, no-show by students will not be restored.

  • You must use all the tickets within the specified period.
    Please check the end date at [My Tutoring > My Tickets > View My Tickets]

  
  * The end date is based on Korean Standard Time.
  * IF you have more than one course in use, the end date may be different for each course, so please check each end date.

  2. Remaining Tickets

  • All tickets that were not used or used for booking appointments are the # of remaining tickets.

  • The remaining tickets can be used only within the valid period of lesson plans held. 

  3. Not used   

  • Refers to the lesson tickets that have not completed the minimum number of lessons per month.

  • That not used tickets are available during the whole valid class period.

• #Plans A leftover lesson pass disappeared.

  Partially used lesson pass disappear at midnight of the day.

• #Plans 정기 구독 수강권을 다 사용하지 못했어요.

  걱정 마세요! 전월 미사용분에 대해 1개월씩 추가로 이용 기간을 드리고 있어요.
  
  - 수강권 사용 순서: 당월 신규 지급 > 전월 미사용분 순
  - 추가 이용 기간 혜택은 [당월 정기 티켓] 중 남은 수강 티켓에만 해당됩니다.

  예)
  1개월 차 - [당월 12개 지급 - 8개 사용(4개 미사용)]
  2개월 차 - [당월 12개 지급 - 12개 사용] + [전월 미사용 4개 추가 제공]
  3개월 차 - [당월 12개 지급 - 10개 사용] + [전월 12개 지급분 모두 사용하여 추가 제공 없음]
  4개월 차 - [당월 12개 지급 - 10개 사용] + [전월 12개 지급분 중 미사용 2개 추가 제공]
